MEET LAUREN
Hi, friends! My name is Lauren, and I am truly honored to welcome you into this space. As you may have already gathered, I designed Archive Creative to encourage both the documentation and preservation of life’s special moments. In many ways, to know Archive is to know me. Both the practice of photography and the practice of organizing photographs have been a part of my life ever since I can remember.
As the oldest child in our family of four, I very quickly took on the role of “family photographer” for all of our birthdays, holidays, and trips — complete with at least one Kodak camera strapped to my neck or tucked into my back pocket at all times. Naturally, I quickly adopted the responsibility of organizing each developed roll of film into our family’s cardboard box turned photo capsule, ensuring our memories were preserved for years to come.
My passion for the art continued to grow, as the world of digital photography captured my attention, and my need for clean organization grew simultaneously along with it. Finally, in 2015, I started Archive Creative and formally began sharing both my photography and the art of digital organization with my clients.
So, with reverence and a deep appreciation for the power of a photograph to mark a moment and feeling in time, my goal is to provide you with an accessible resource to both capture and organize your memories so they are easily available to you and your family for many years to come — just as I have for my own.
